Radiation Relief Recovery Cream

A friend of mine recommended this cream for using during radiation treatments. I really think that it helped a lot. I had 4 weeks of radiation, and I just purchased my third container of the cream. You just can’t use it up to four hours before your radiation appointment, but using it liberally throughout the day really helps your skin. I was using it about four times a day, and especially right after treatments, and before bed, to counteract the damage that was being done to my skin.
It has taken nearly a month for my skin to heal over completely. And I am going to continue to use this for another month, so for a total of three months. I heard horror stories about what happened to others who had four weeks of radiation, and my skin did very well with this protectant.
I do recommend testing it on yourself before using it after radiation. Just to be sure that you are not allergic to it or have any sort of reaction to the cream. Your skin is going to be a lot more sensitive during radiation treatments, and this really helps with that.

Non-greasy and absorbs well into the skin. Bought in preparation for my upcoming radiation treatments. I don't care for heavy, oily, lotions or creams. But this is very nice. I used it last night and this morning my breast and chest area still feel moisturized, but not greasy. Hoping that by starting this now, before my treatment begins next week, will help to protect my skin and avoid the anticipated radiation burn, blisters, or peeling. Will update in a month to let you know if it traps heat in. For now, I recommend this product.

Worth every penny! Loved the formula and the fact it wasn’t greasy. Very moisturizing, and after 16 rounds of radiation, I had only the slightest bit of pink skin. I would apply 3-4 times a day and went through about 3 containers.

Single best weapon in my radiology arsenal. This cream is so soothing and cooling. The steroid cream I also use is so stiff, I mix it with this to make it “spreadable”. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

I used the steroid cream and then burn cream that my doctor prescribed for me during radiation. Even continued to use the burn cream for two weeks after radiation was over, just as doctor told me to do. I don’t feel like anything he prescribed was very effective. First time I used this, my skin felt better, hurt less, and the skin breakdown looked and felt better. Started healing immediately. So soothing and healing to my skin! Love it!
