Upon receipt, we will credit back the card in which you made the purchase for the full amount paid. We will not credit back any charges incurred returning the product to our warehouse. We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to make your refund process as easy as possible. Please return used and/or unused items to the address above along with your name, order number, and reason for return. We recommend sending packages USPS with tracking. While we will credit you back 100% of your purchase price, you are responsible for the shipping charges on returned products.

Once the product is received, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 days. If needed, we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
