What are points and how do I use them?

Reward points are automatically added to your RemeVerse account when you make any purchase. If you check out as a guest, or do not have an account, you will not accrue points. At any time, you may redeem points toward part or all of your purchase. If you placed an order as a guest and did not receive your points, please contact us at info@remeverse.com and we'll help you set up an account and apply the points for you.

I need help with my promo code at checkout!

First, be sure to enter the promo code exactly as it appears from RemeVerse, and check the expiration date. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and include the promo code you are trying to use.

Where are your products made?

All RemeVerse skincare products are scientifically formulated by our chemists and manufactured in our own lab in Franklin, TN. All ingredients are from US manufacturers, and products are free from parabens, phthalates, and PEGs. Our lab is cruelty free. We adhere to the strictest standards for cleanliness in our lab.

I have allergies to certain ingredients, please help!

RemeVerse products are made in our own lab with limited fragrance, colors, and no parabens, PEGs, or phthalates. You can find the full ingredient list for each product in the ingredients section on every RemeVerse product detail page. If you have a question about a product's ingredient list, please contact us at info@remeverse.com.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We process the day we receive your refund request. Depending on your bank or payment processor, US refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

For US orders, remeverse.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Please note we do not accept banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks, or money orders.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Quality assurance is very important to us, so we definitely want to look into why this happened. Please email us at info@remeverse.com with your order number, the name of the damaged product, and a photo of the damage. We will be happy to help you.

I received the incorrect item, what do I do?

Please email us at info@remeverse.com with your order number, the name of the incorrect product, and what you received instead. We will be happy to help you.

I'm missing an item, what do I do?

Please email us at info@remeverse.com with your order number and the name of the missing product. We will be happy to help you.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. If you have any remaining questions, contact Evita at evita@remeverse.com.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, it will be shipped from our lab / warehouse the next business day or next business day following a holiday.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our lab / warehouse in Franklin, Tennessee.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders receive standard shipping for free.
